We do this to make things easier for you. Your locker subscription will automatically be debited from your credit card that you have on file.

Once you have entered your details once, you won't need to enter them again.

For your peace of mind, we don’t have access to your credit card details and they are not stored in our system or with your user account information.  They are stored securely with our payment gateway provider.  For more information see How are my credit card details stored.

Simply click on the 'Account' icon in the top right hand corner and then click on the 'My Account' menu. Finally, click on 'Manage Credit Cards' and you'll navigate to a page where you can update or delete any existing credit cards on file.

Please contact customerservice@atno1martinplace.com.au with your username and/or your first & last name. The Support Team will find you on our system and tell you which email address you used. 

I’m afraid we can’t see which password you are using. We do this to maximise security, but it also means we can’t send you the password.

Please use the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the front page and follow the prompts.  You will be sent a one-time only login link to the site via email and you can change your password then.

Yes, you can. Simply go to ‘My Account’ in the top right corner and select ‘Account Information’. You can change the email address to anything you wish.

Bicycle Parking and Shower Facilities

Body wash is provided in the showers.

Airing Cupboards are located on car park level C3 near the Male Change Rooms (adjacent the second entry door to the male change rooms).

Female showers & change rooms are located on car park level C2 (adjacent the car park lifts). Male showers & change rooms are located on car park level C3 (adjacent the car park lifts).

Both male and female changing rooms have 7 individual showers each.
